Notes:
* Additional requests beyond just the character being drawn may have additional cost.
* Simple backgrounds (BGs)/effects: +$5-$30 (depending on complexity)
* Commercial use (including MVs): +50%
* Rush projects will cost more depending on deadline.
** Vtuber models depending on complexity can vary more in price than regular art, especially if you are requesting I design the character too.*
** Solid color or simple shape BGs can be requested free of charge.*
** Complex BGs & multiple characters not available right now.*

Terms and Conditions
Commissioning me means you are agreeing to all of the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully and be sure you understand.
I Will Not Draw
* NSFW
* Furry
* Mecha
* Muscular/bara
* Realism
* Elderly characters
* Copy of another artwork or style
General Terms & Usage
I retain the copyright to my works unless negotiated otherwise (ex: for commercial use).
I may decline a commission.
Credit me when using work you have commissioned from me.
Inform me ahead of time (when completing the order form) if you would like me to wait to post work in progress or commission information.
Works may NOT be used for commercial purposes unless I have agreed.
There is NO guaranteed deadline for non-commercial commissions unless it is a rush order (additional charge).
Payment
Payment through PayPal in USD only.
I will only begin the drawing process after full payment has been made.
There will be an additional 3% on the price of the order to cover PayPal processing fees.
Process
Contact me at [email protected] or @februmeri on Twitter. Use the order form to fill in your details.
Provide lots of visual references with your order form. I may be more likely to decline if text description only.
After confirming the details of the commission and price, I will send you a PayPal invoice.
I will begin once you pay the full amount of the invoice. I will only wait 3 days max for the invoice payment before the commission is cancel.
I will send you a rough sketch for approval. Changes can only be made at this stage. There is no guarantee for large changes after this.
I may send periodic updates while I am completing the commission.
Once completed, I will inform you and email you the completed version.
Refunds
No refunds unless:
I am unable to finish the commission.
I have not started and you have extenuating circumstances.
